Зустріч птахів

У співпраці з Вінницькою станцією юних натуралістів студенти дізналися більше про особливості зимування та перельоту птахів. Разом з працівниками станції взяли участь у святі “Зустріч птахів” (“Meeting of birds”) на основі польського досвіду. Під час заходу студенти ознайомилися з традиціями спостереження за птахами, виготовленням шпаківень, а також дізналися про роль людини у збереженні пернатих друзів у холодну пору року. Свято проходило в атмосфері єднання з природою та доброзичливого спілкування. Захід став яскравим прикладом екологічного виховання, яке поєднує наукові знання з творчістю, європейськими традиціями та практичними діями на користь довкілля. Такі ініціативи не лише розширюють світогляд молоді, а й формують у неї відповідальне ставлення до природи, розуміння важливості міжнародної співпраці у сфері екологічної освіти та охорони навколишнього середовища. Після заходи студенти за власною ініціативою виготовляли годівнички та шпаківні для птахів, на волонтерських засадах проводили аналогічні свята в школах.

In cooperation with the Vinnytsia Station of Young Naturalists, the students learnt more about the peculiarities of wintering and migratory birds. Together with the station’s staff, they took part in the “Meeting of birds” holiday based on Polish experience. During the event, the students learnt about the traditions of bird watching, birdhouses, and the role of humans in preserving their feathered friends during the cold season. The holiday was held in an atmosphere of unity with nature and friendly communication. The event was a vivid example of environmental education that combines scientific knowledge with creativity, European traditions and practical actions for the benefit of the environment. Such initiatives not only broaden the worldview of young people, but also foster a responsible attitude to nature and an understanding of the importance of international cooperation in environmental education and protection. After the event, the students made bird feeders and birdhouses on their own initiative and volunteered to organise similar events at their schools.
